- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They rarely answer the phone. Almost always rings continuously, transfers to the operator, asks for an access code or just hangs up. Regularly misdelivers the mail. We probably deliver at least 1 letter a week to our neighbors. They have registered a package as delivered only to get home after 4pm and no package... not just no package, they didn't deliver the mail, yet they register the package as delivered?By Brent Spikes, August 05, 2017
